I signed up. Where is my 15% Discount code?
When you sign up we'll send your one-off 15% discount code to the email address you signed up with. Make sure you check your junk email and add support@jackstillman.com.au to your contacts. NOTE the discount code is for new signup only. If you're already on our list you're automatically in the draw and already receiving special offers and announcements.
When I enter the discount code, I am now charged shipping! WFT!?
Well boo hoo! It's 15% off or FREE shipping over $200 tiger! Seriously though, we want you to have nice things. We want to encourage you to become part of the Jack Stillman family so we entice you with 15% off for your first order. Thats a big chunk off our prices. Similarly, we think if you want to spend over $200, we should kick in to help you out with shipping. The shipping is free for you but not for us. Sometimes, depending on what you want to buy, the 15% discount drops the checkout price below $200 and postage is automatically charged. If we offered you a 15% discount and then free shipping we might as well start selling cheap Chinese bags. You can resolve the situation by adding another item to your cart or holding onto the 15% discount for the next time. Capiche?
What happened to Jack's Rewards Points?
We ran a rewards program at Jack Stillman for several years but due to changes in international markets in 2020-21 we made a decision to try something different. We wrapped up that program in October 2021. If you're a current customer and have applicable reward points under that scheme, message us and we will honour those points.
Conditions
- Each month is a different prize. All new signups who have agreed to receive our marketing newsletter at the time of the draw are eligible to win.
- By entering you agree to participate in any applicable (and reasonable) promotion for Jack Stillman in relation to this competition. For example you agree to have your first name and city and possibly a photograph published.
- Winners for the previous month will be announced and advised by the 10th of the following month. Winners will be published on Social Media and on this page.
- The prize is not exchangeable but the winner can redeem the value for a product with a higher value. Postage is free of charge except in the case of the value redemption.
