Shipment Processing Time

We generally try to process order within 48 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4pm). 

In cases where the item purchased is a pre-order, the items are not in stock and will be processed within 48 hours of the inventory arriving at our warehouse in O'Connor WA.

In Australia we us Australia Post to progress and ship the majority of our orders. Please refer to your Australia Post tracking information for timings and estimates. Unfortunately we cannot influence the Australia Post shipping environment but we can raise priority complaints on your behalf if we agree that there appears to be something wrong. Please contact us if you believe this is the case. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically generated when you enter your address details and before we ask you to pay. If we don't have a shipping option for your address please contact us and we will try to help you. 

Remember, we offer FREE Australia wide shipping for orders over $200. 

Tracking Options

We ALWAYS send you an email with tracking details for your order. Sometimes this might end up in your trash inside your email ap.

International Customs

In many cases, we can generate your custom charges inside our checkout and these will be included in your final invoice. In these cases, we will be charged these costs on your behalf. If these extra charges are NOT shown, we have not paid them and you may be liable for your countries applicable customs and tax charges. 

Duties and Taxes

Inside Australia we are registered for Tax and Duties and as such we will generally cover these costs in the checkout process. 

UK and INTERNATIONAL orders may have a fee on pickup or arrival. 

Missing or Lost Packages

If you feel that your item has been lost in the abyss, please contact us and we will raise the issue with Australia Post on your behalf. 

Damages

If you order is received and has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to take pictures of the state of the package when it arrived.
